We understand the critical need to give back to the community we live and work in. Our goal is to be part of the solution and that is why we partner with local charities and agencies who support the neediest in our neighborhoods.

We support Operation Help a Hero (OHH) whose mission is "to serve our military heroes and their families on the home-front and abroad". Our team takes pride in giving back to the men and women, and their families, that sacrifice their lives for our freedoms.  During the holiday season, we adopt families and provide food, gift cards and presents to Camp Pendleton military parents and their children.  Throughout the year, we decorate posters and brown bags and fill them with socks, candy, hygiene items and put them on the barrack beds of our Marines returning to Camp Pendleton to make sure they know how much their service means to us!

Our team also supports SPIN (Serving People in Need) because of their passion to "ensure more children will sleep tonight in the warmth of their own home and not on the floor of a temporary shelter, and parents will learn to manage their lives so their children will have a secure future."  Our team donates canned goods monthly to stock their office which in turns feeds the growing homeless population.  Every fall, we 'adopt' a couple of families and provide Thanksgiving meals to those that may not be able to afford the holiday tradition otherwise.

We involve our own families with our charitable work, to assemble and distribute hygiene kits to our city's homeless.  Involving our team's families in our philanthropic work is our way of paving a path of tradition we believe they will continue to follow into their future.  Several of our children have spent the last number of years volunteering at Human Options’ Second Step Program.  Second Step provides a transitional housing program for domestic violence survivors and their children. Our kids spend time with the resident children doing arts and crafts, gardening, preparing snacks, helping with homework which all boost morale in their temporary, safe environment.

It is our honor and pleasure to give back to our community, with an open and warm heart.
